Required Documents for Kindergarten Registration
To complete your child's kindergarten registration, please have the following documents ready. Providing these documents early ensures a smooth enrollment process and helps your child's home campus prepare for a great start!Documents Needed:
- Child's Original Birth Certificate - A certified copy to verify age and identity.
- Child's Immunization Record - Must be up to date as required by state law.
- Parent Identification - A valid government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID).
- Proof of Address - A current utility bill (light, gas, or water) or a lease agreement in the parent/guardian's name.
