Student Teachers:
For the safety and security of your children, we require a current criminal background check on record for all student teachers on our campus or in our classrooms. The process is simple. If you will be student teaching, you must see Susan Sharp at Howard Payne University to sign a release for consent to a criminal background check. After this is complete, Susan Sharp will send a current listing to all campuses for those who are cleared.
Student teachers will not be allowed in classrooms without following this procedure.
Thank you for helping us keep safety of all children our number one priority.
