Steps to update your parent contact info in ParentPortal.

Sign in to your ParentPortal account and click “Resume Registration”
or click the green “Registration” button under your student’s picture/name.
Click “Contacts” on the left. Check the email address and phone number for each Parent/Guardian.
Parents/guardians must choose “Contact: Guardian – YES” in order to access students in ParentSquare.
Complete these steps for each student listed in your ParentPortal.
Any changes must be approved at the campus. Once approved the information will update in ParentSquare withing 24 hours.

Unable to access your ParentPortal? Click “forgot password” and enter your email address to receive a temporary password in your inbox. If you do not have a ParentPortal account visit your child’s campus front office to get a Portal ID letter. (For the safety of our students, parents must go in person and present a photo ID to receive Portal ID letters.)
