Off-Campus Instruction & Delivery
We understand that for various reasons (no computer, no internet, preference, etc.), printed instructional materials are necessary. We are committed to providing the support our families need during these difficult times. To simplify this process and support higher compliance with ‘stay at home’ principles, we are making updates.
All campuses will follow a similar timeline and process for pick-up and drop-off to give families clarity.
May 4 – May 8
- On Monday, May 4, new printed materials will be distributed and completed material may be returned to each school on Tuesday, May 5. The new printed materials would cover through May 28.
May 11 – May 28
- Directions for the final return of materials will be sent.
Continue to communicate with your teachers and campuses for assistance and how we can do better. The amount of work given to each student is being analyzed and adjusted to ensure we are offering enough support without overwhelming everyone involved.
Please monitor the campus Facebook pages for additional updates!
Parent Tutorials and Resources for Off-Campus Instruction
Returning Library Books: Each campus will have a box set out during packet pick-up. Please use this time to return any items checked out from our libraries. We appreciate your help in this matter.
NOTE: As of March 6, all student course grades are considered frozen. All completed off-campus instructional materials will be assessed, which will allow teachers, parents, and students to monitor progress on the concepts covered. Careful consideration will be given on how completed coursework will impact course grades, GPA, and class rank.

Hello all!! Tuesday, May 26 we will be at school accepting completed work packets and returning bags of student supplies that were left behind before spring break. Our official school year is about to come to an end.
Our times will be as normal: 11:00-1:00 and 5:00-6:00. Many teachers will be there, as well, to greet your kids.
As many of you might already know, our PE teacher, Karey Morelock, will be retiring at the end of the year. She will be there tomorrow during the lunch hours to greet kids, as well. We will miss her greatly. Her successor, Jacob Stephenson, is very excited about joining our team! Coach Morelock has been working closely with him and knows he will do a great job for our kids!!
Please do remember that school is not OUT until Thursday, May 28th, so teachers will still be posting activities and planning zoom meetings! Stay tuned!
Please be patient with the slower moving line of traffic as kids say bye to their teachers, and know that seeing those little faces brings so much joy to our hearts!!
We love our littles!! Hope to see you tomorrow!! Stay healthy!!
Even though we are apart, please know we remain available for questions and support. Teachers have included their contact information and instructions for completing their weekly work.
Please remember breakfast and lunch is still available to our students throughout the closure. Pick up locations are East and Northwest Elementaries and the High School.
