Breakfast & Lunch
Brownwood ISD food service will be continuing its COVID-19 meal service by transitioning to a Summer Feeding Program, starting June 1st. We will still be offering curbside style food pick-up at the same three locations (Northwest, East, and Brownwood HS) from 11am-1pm. The three school sites will be open as long as participation levels remain steady. Should any changes occur, we will notify the community.
Also, starting June 1st, there will be no Monday morning breakfast pick-ups from 7:30-8:30am. Staff will provide Monday morning breakfast items with Friday’s lunch meal so that meal services are not reduced in any way.
We recognize details are essential to families, and changing plans are incredibly frustrating. We hope establishing the following dates well in advance will help with planning, and provide the best opportunity for favorable health conditions and fewer social distancing restrictions.
