I have worked as a substitute teacher, regular classroom teacher, special programs coordinator/director and a principal. I received my bachelor’s degree from Howard Payne University and my master’s degree from Sul Ross State University in Alpine. Throughout the years I have earned several teaching endorsements including an Elementary Self-contained, Elementary Math, Elementary Reading, English as a Second Language, Early Childhood Education, Gifted and Talented Supplemental, plus my Counselor's, Principal’s and Superintendent’s Certifications.
My husband’s name is Kirk. We have one adorable daughter, Aerin.
We enjoy spending time together, hunting, cooking and showing our cutting and barrel horses whenever we get the chance.
