*Check for missing work - email me if you're not sure - quizzes and art observations are the required assignments, plus the foil (or alternate t.p. tube) project and the make-your-own-paint project.

Google class assignments are posted on Monday morning and have that week's dates in the titles.

May 18 - 22 is a project creating your own paint from 1 or 2 tablespoons of water and things from a kitchen cabinet.

May 11 - 15 was a project made out of aluminum foil, or using a toilet paper tube as a stencil for a design.

May 4 - 8 was about Henri Matisse.

April 27-May 1 was a catch-up week for missing work.

April 20 - 24 was about Pop Art.

April 13-17 was about the Surrealism art movement.

April 6-10 was about French artist Pierre-Auguste Renoir.

March 30-April 3 was about American artist Georgia O'Keeffe.

March 23 - 27 was about American artist Edward Hopper.

If you haven't logged into your period's Google Classroom, email julie.mize@brownwoodisd.org for your class code.

Assignments are staying posted on the classroom page so if you need to catch up, you can still find them. Late work is not being penalized.

My "virtual hours" are weekdays 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Emailing me during that timeframe is the best way for me to respond to you quickly. During afternoons and evenings I still check periodically but I may not get to answer questions until the next day.

If you have trouble accessing assignments, email me and I'll send an attachment of the assignment. Send your answers for that in an email reply and I can track your work that way.

    Stay healthy! Make some art!
