The TSI Assessment is a college readiness test delivered through the Accuplacer system, specifically designed by the College Board to meet the requirements set forth by the Texas Legislature and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB).
REMEMBER:
ALL two year and four-year colleges require TSI readiness:
ACT: 23 composite with a 19 Math and 19 English or SAT: 530 Math and 480 Reading/Writing or TSIA2 MATH at least CRC 950 or CRC 910 w/diag 6 and TSIA2 ELAR at least CRC 945 w/essay 5 or CRC 910 w/diag 5 and essay 5
TSI taken before January 2021: MATH 350 and Reading 351 plus Writing 5 essay or 340 w/4-essay
